I see the slight heat variations left by your body in air left by the temperature in your body i and see a larger heat source which is your body and also see the chakra signatures. that you leave and the main ones inside you. i see all this via my sharingan of course.

While it is correct that the sharingan can pick up heat signatures, but if you have paid attention, you would know that each and every shinobi has their own chakra signature. You with the gift of the sharingan can see this unique chakra signature and memorize it as there is only one kind. So when you saw me with your sharingan it should of been easy to track me, but you insist on tracking me through heat. That is why the forrest thing didn't work, there are too many animals for you to track me through just 2T sharingan.
Now lets talk about the things that the sharingan can and can not see through. You can't see through a dense forrest. The sharingan won't allow you to do this. You are not a hyuga you are a uchiha. Which means you can't even see people through the ground, only shallow portion of the ground you can see.
Also your sharingan precieves motion. The moment I left you could of said you seen me make a move to go a certain direction. These are all clues you could of gotten on your own and with a little research found. Either way I hope you understand now what a sharingan can and cannot due.
This is important portion of the trainnig because that is the core ability of the sharingan at the levels of 1T-3T. As the cannon sharingan techniques are very limited, you have to use it's main abilty. Let me ask you again what is the main abilities of the sharingan in your point of view?

The other use is the recognization of the visual genjutsus that pertain to each rank and and the special genjutsu we can cast. As my sensei "vanishes" once again, I actually see him quickly dash off to a swamp area in the distance. Since I memorized your chakra signature from previously I keep it in mind while I start my search for you. I observe the air and notice slight heat differentials where you have passed through. I follow these heat differentials to the swamp covered about 2 feet in water. I notice your chakra signature from before and run to your location, noticing your faint shadow in the water darker from the rest of the water. I find you laying in about 2 feet of water breathing in through a straw.
enhanced vision? you dont have magnification of vision..........
btw if you were to watch someone moving how do you think you see them?
For example, say i am at mid range from you i pull a kunai out then throw it at you. Explain how you would see me with the sharingan
I imagine it is almost like slow-motion with an increase in the clarity of how see things.
For example, when you throw the kunai at me instead of it moving at full-speed and I have to counter quickly, w/ my eyes I see it move slowly and have more time to react to it by countering it
When Sasuke and naruto were fighting he told naruto that his moves were useless as he saw them in slow-motion

Yes you see things in slow motion. That is why a lot of people confuse that being a uchiha you have incredible reaction time. No you have good reaction time because you see things in slow motion and able to react that way.
But it says that we cannot move abve our physical standards as it is only our eyes that see in slow - motion right? Our bodies still move the same it's just our eyes and mind see much faster than our body moves if that makes sense..
I did not predict the movement but I could assume that right as you are approaching and examining your arm and the muscles contracting and the force you were exerting that you were makign an offensive action, allowing me to counter and grab your wrist.

Ok just a few things to clear up.
You DON'T see stuff in slow motion.
You see the movements of muscles allowing you to predict an incoming move.
If that's a bit confusing then imagine this.
I draw my arm back to release a barrage of shuriken, with your eyes you would see my shoulder muscle pulling back, then my other muscles like my forearm and wrist begin to tense, allowing you to predict that i am throwing something.
Understand?

Yeah that's it basically, you read an attack incoming from the muscle movements behind it, some people in real life can do it to a minor degree in some martial arts. But this is like the Naruto super enhanced anime version of that.
