Yeah especially if they are dancing to mexican music.... or wait wasn't that Spanish? Although that guy does speak spanish

At 00:18 the guy says in spanish "tiene novio" which means "she has a boyfriend" and then at 00:24 he says "pata negra" which mean black leg. The dude could be warning our "black leg" Sanji about her, or it could just be a coincidence and part of the soundtrack. Just thought I'll let you guys know
