Are CP-0 assassins? I thought each pol was a different job and 9 was the assassins.

I was thinking more along the lines of they used to be close with the WG/Gorosei and helped organize the first group of CP-9 assassins, maybe even just training them. Sanji can use sky walk maybe it'll turn out his family actually created the ryoukishi techs cp-9 uses.
