Villain with overall best character development?

Obito, Nagato, Kabuto, Orochimaru or Madara? I didn't list Sasuke because I still don't really consider him as a villain now that he's on the alliance's side. Which villain do you think has had the best development?

No villain in naruto is good so i pick azula.

Nagato has the best development. Although i don't much prefer villains with an ulterior motive of peace.

I think Orochimaru. Every time we saw him since his invasion he's become nastier and nastier until he actually became a snake! But really, I think he's been developed the longest and most efficiently.

itachi, he was the most fearsome and the most mysterious up until the end where he did a 180 and completly changed our perspective of him.

@ Bold... actually if you go backk... The most fearsome and the most mysterious was always considered to be the guy who Itachi worked for in the Akatsuki.... Hell people were believing Pain might be Naruto's dad... lol

Madara cause he used lots of villains XD

Obito cause he tricked madara and used everyone to become the God and has done way more sht than other villain could do plus Tobi behind the mask was really badass.

Obito for obvious reasons and i don't even like the guy.

Hard to say.

Sadly...Nagato had a change of heart, and then his charcter was raped to death by Madara's return.

Obito has come to hate the world because Rin died...and he can't accept a world that would exist where this sadnes could occur.


Would say Orochimaru, but he's become a good guy apparantly.

Maybe Madara, but he seems Hashirama focused, and we do not yet know his true objective.


Though the people with the best reasons to be evil are currently Kisame and Kakuzu

Kisame: Hates the world of lies that orders him to become a Team Killer.

Kakuzu: Did his best to honor his village, and despite the miracle of surviving Hashirama was betrayed and loathed by his own village.


^^^^ That's what makes real villains. And sadly they didn't end up with large scale goals that could've made them far better developed villains.
