Exactly, Kid Buu is pure evil monster, who destroy everything just for fun... of course some of you can say that buu is one dimensional character or lack deepth of character but just take a look at these pictures:

None of them get close to Pure evilness. Most of the characters in Naruto that are villains usually have a reason for what they are doing, and have a clear intention. Kid Buu is just evil, he kills things for fun.

Kid Buu is not pure evil. It's a near consciousless child that only performs the actions it knows.

It's like saying a mentally handicapped child who shoots another man because he played violent video games and feels no remorse is evil.
