How can i add Village Banner Above my AVA?

Go to permission groups in your user cp, select a village you want to join and state the reason why you want to join

You need to be a member of a specific village as well as stating your reasons on why you want join such villages, and also a RP member. Although you can still get into a village even without becoming a RP member.

Actually you don't necessarily need one. Non-RPers can also join villages, they however serve as normal villagers and thus can't partake into RP battles and such. The chance that you get admitted to a village will of course by exponentially higher if have an approved bio. Non-RPers aren't particularly useful, so the chance that their village request gets denied is higher than when you do have a bio.
