Viktor young: At young age Viktor was more closer to brown and dark brown hair and his hair was quite short. Viktor had green eyes and quite small nose. Often carried light clothes, such as t-shirts, shorts. Viktor body size was on a skinny level, he did barely have any muscles or fat since having a hard time living by himself.
When getting to age 16 his hair had changed color to more likely dark brown to black hair. Viktor allowed to grow taller but still kept the style of letting the hair be more living, letting it move with the wind, letting the hair follow the angle of head. His eyes are still green and will not change look by the pass. Viktor at age 16 decided to change look of clothes, since he became more hated. His new clothes became heavier. Viktor started to go with rob covering his light clothes with a hood to hide his hair since it was that what people reacted on. His body size had as well changed into a more medium likely body, most muscles.
Later at age 23+ Viktor pretty much kept the same style as his body at age 16, but now at this age he is mostly covered by his armor, to hide his identity and as well symbol the new him, Viktor the Machine Herald.
The tools (staff and 3rd arm as well the big pad on his left shoulder then) doesn't exist on his armor.

Personalities: Viktor is a mad scientist that believes that steel and metal is the great evolution of our world. His personalities goes into, insane intelligent, crazy/mad, serious, a person that underestimate his opponents.
Viktor is a mysterious guy that doesn't take any waste of his time, since he know that time is the key to knowledge and knowledge is the key to everything.
Viktor is a person that doesn't care of what people thinks of him, all that matter is himself and only him in his opinion. There is no one that can break his will, his Will of Fire is insane strong and he have good confident on himself.
Viktor is as well a calm talker, he never change his voice of act, he keep same tempo and tone.

Background Information
History:
Viktor in young age:
Viktor have always been the weird kid outside the village konohagakure, someone that people feared to talk to. Viktor basically never talked to anyone, he spent all his time for himself, he didn't have anyone to turn to. People though he was crazy, they underestimated since he wasn't enabled to get into the ninja school.
Viktor didn't really have a home, he was more likely a moving house, didn't have anywhere to go, but he felt safe, undisturbed outside the village konohagakure so he decided to stay there. Viktor never spoke about his parents to anyone or anything.
Viktor was found by some jounins a way bit off the village. Viktor was taken to the 3rd hokage when he was having a speech with 3rd Hokage. 3rd hokage tried to make Viktor smile but noticed that it was impossible. Viktor didn't have any respect for people, he underestimated all of them. He was serious about his own time and didn't want to get disturbed in any way. Viktor then ask with a gentle dark toned voice if he could leave. 3rd Hokage then asked him what was Viktor's Will of Fire. 3rd Hokage didn't need to explain what it really meant for Viktor to create a idea of what 3rd Hokage meant. Viktor then answered as a 8 years old boy. "To create the ultimate evolution for human kind. Something that should have existed for long time ago, but since your capability for intelligent seems to be weaker than mine, I shall be the One that changes it."
That day forward Viktor was marked as a unknown treat. They didn't know if he was serious about this Will of Fire or if not. But they did all know that he was intelligent for his age. But because of his act they found him being cold blooded. They had people watching him all the time.
Viktor studied the truth about chakra with scientist, he studied the students that wanted to become ninjas hand seals. He wanted to know everything about how chakra really work. Viktor's brain was capable to memories the movements they did.
At age 16: Viktor started off with his first lab, it was in a old tunnel where he hoped that no one would ever dare or want to go into. But since he knew that he was under eyesight of 3rd hokage and his Jounins he decided to come up with a secret plan to get in there.
The tunnel had a bad smell, small amount of space and dirty. Still as Viktor was he was happy for just being enabled to gain a own private area, where he could work with his plans.
At age 17: Viktor actually had a very basic sketch or a basic design of his very first armor. It wasn't close to what he wanted it to be. It was slow and didn't protect well at all. But Viktor knew that this was only the beginning of something new. Step by step Viktor did new designs of it.
At age 21: Viktor was unable to continue his work. 3rd Hokage had forbidden his work for looking to dangerous and to evil to continue. 3rd Hokage asked him nicely to stop his projects, still Viktor turned his back to 3rd hokage. That day forward he got disrespected by whole village even more. He was hated by the village for his crazy plans that worried everyone, his disrespect for hokage was a even further turn down on the village. Viktor looked at the village knowing that it was only a short amount of time before 3rd Hokage would come to shut down everything. Viktor then putted on his alpha project of his armor. It was basically nothing, but it was a sign of Viktor, the Machine herald.
Viktor, the Machine herald came in with his basic alpha project. It was nothing else but a basic steel helmet, shoulders and plate and knees. Rest of the body parts was only covered in heavy clothes and a simple cap around his neck.
3rd Hokage was shocked seeing what happened to him. He asked Viktor one more time to stop these mad projects. Viktor stood there watching around seeing people hide their children behind their backs. "We all have dreams. Dreams to achieve and unlock. I will finish my projects no matter what." 3rd Hokage made a serious face and told Viktor if that is what he truly wanted then he had to leave the village. But as well told him if he madness goes above level then he would be one of the ninjas that would need to put him down. Viktor looks down for a while, later doing an evil laugh, while it echo trough the steel helmet people get more nervous and afraid of him. Viktor then turns around and start walking out to leave the village while laughing.
At age 23: Viktor got a unwanted visitor. His name was Orochimaru. Orochimaru told him that he had been watching Viktor for quite a while. Noticing his progress and getting more interesting about it. Orochimaru comes close to Viktor and gives him an offer. A bigger lab with a lot more limited resources. Viktor then stands still, watching forward telling Orochimaru with a calm voice. I don't need more burdens to work with then what I already got. Orochimaru then smiles and turns his back towards Viktor and says that he knew that feeling as well, that people underestimate one. Believing that scientist are only for mad and evil persons. Orochimaru then waits up and turns around and tells Viktor about his location and where he could find Orochimaru if he ever was interested on joining up. Viktor then turns around and goes back to his work while Orochimaru smiles behind him knowing that Viktor has good confident in his own work. Before Orochimaru leaves Viktor says to Orochimaru to never return to his lab, he didn't want to take the risk that the 3rd Hokage would find his lab. Then he slowly walks forwards towards his design of his armor that he is working on.
It's time. Viktor start going into focus mode to learn to master the elements. He never had a teacher and didn't know how things really would turn out, but after studying teachers and students about how they did he would be sure to success in a short amount of time.

Important information about Viktor's Armor and Intelligent:
Weapons and Armors: Viktor's armor and weapons will not give any advances against other RP character fighting or roll playing. The armor is a way for me to describe my RP character looking for other people, as well describing his personality of his history in Narutoverse, that he is a person that want to create an evolution in the category of defense. The armor is also a way for me to use as a roll play for example awaiting a senpai or sensei in during training, during roll playing with other people with bios.
The tools (Staff, 3rd arm, left power transfer hand) doesn't exist on his armor and defiantly won't grant him any advances in RP battling or RP with bios.

Viktor's Intelligent: Viktor's intelligent does not give any advances in RP fighting. It's only a way for me to describe his strongest personality, that he is intelligent and shows off that he is a hard worker when it comes to scientist, just like Orochimaru but in another way of scientist.
