Video problem on Pc

I can hear the sound but I just turned on my pc and on Youtube where the video is suppose to be, it's just black. I used internet explorer just to see if it was my browser but same thing happens and now the screen is green on IE. I went on facebook and the same thing happens.

a. Open Internet Explorer.
b. Click the Tools button or press Alt key + X, and then click Internet Options.
c. Click the Advanced tab, and then browse to the Accelerated graphics section.
d. Click to select the Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering check box.
e. Click Apply, and then click OK.
f. Close all open Internet Explorer window and then test the issue.
