Introduction
So I've been asked for quite a while now about my sound spot. What I'm going to do with it, who I'm thinking of teaching, etc. Quite frankly, it's gotten to be pretty annoying. SO I've decided to make a tournament to decide for me! Fun, fun, fun.
Rules:
I've thought about this for a while. In terms of canon, Sound has no constituents to make it up. In NB however, we assume that it is composed of wind and lightning. BUT, that's not all that sound is about. It truly is one of my favorite elements because it can be used in so many ways. So, for the tournament, I'm going to make it:

[*]Anything can be used, in terms of CJs, CEs, and CFS'.
[*]Battles last for 5 turns. If they aren't completed in a timely manner, I'm disqualifying both parties.
[*]In the case of a disagreement, settle the argument over VMs. In the case that you can't come to an arrangement, post in the Conflict and Resolution thread that will be made for the tournament. If I don't get to it myself, I'll have someone else judge it in a timely manner.

Applications:
Ok, so in terms of who can apply, I'll leave the requirements basic. There aren't any requirements besides having wind, and lightning mastered. Also, you have to be at least Sannin ranked. In terms of who is picked for the tourney, that's a little different. This isn't on a first come, first served basis.
I'm going to personally go through the apps, and determine who I want to be in the tournament. This is subjective, I know. But it's the only way It's going to happen, and so I apologize if you apply and aren't chosen. A lot of things are being considered like training stats, bios, and even how actively you've replied in other tournaments. Personally, I'd encourage you to apply even if you don't think you can win. You might surprise yourself. Number of participants is dependent on number of applicants accepted.

Even if you win the tournament, the moderators might decide that you can't learn sound. In that case, it's out of my hands, and I apologize.
