im not actually sure i just say it so that people dont think im useing some fucked up other rules = P i just know it means no subs. terrain change to chunin exam stadium

im sure madara's rules are
Only three moves are allowed per turn.
You cannot just say "I block the attack", you have to describe how you block it by describing what you do or you can use ninjutsu to block it.
You cannot just avoid an attack, you have to block it.
an FLO if your using earth and lightning you cannot use that jutsu. its water

(Doton No Jutsu) - Earth Style Technique

There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.
i summon my nin-dogs that bite you and immobilize you, before u can see or sense them, and u can do nothing
than i put lightning chakra in my sword and run toward you, and stab you

yeah i suppose but you would probably get a better match if you told them so they could give you a chalange
