Well I threw this together for my friend at the Majin Arena Forums, thought i'd post it here to...
I have 3 links here the first one Is to the tutorial pack wich comes with the .psd file, the second is just the tutorial image, The 3rd is the animation preview.
As the title suggests this is a rather basic animation. You can do alot of different things with this animation like my avatar for example, Or you can use it to make a tech border that shows itself gradually.
