According too the newest chapter of Naruto 622 Madara had four brothers while the first hokage had another younger brother who died in the war I would say its possible that the Uchiha members who killed hashirama younger brother happened too be siblings to Madara. I say this because its just a guess even tho it showed six Uchiha members its quite possible that they were related to Madara, I also like the fact that it showed the Senju siblings along with their father as always Tobirama looks bad ass when he was a child, The only question I have is why did the younger brother go out on his own if he wasn't that strong.

Also, the fact Madara had 4 brothers probably means he and Izuna killed the other two brothers in order to evolve their eyes

I went back and read it again he said he "HAD" four brothers meaning that its possible that they could be dead he probably isn't sure about it and as for the picture who showed the Uchiha with the scar I don't think it was a sign that it was his dad just some random Uchiha fellow.

but the uchiha being the cause of his brothers death may be the reason he dislikes them
and did madara say he had four brothers or four of them all together?

People are saying that Izuna and Madara killed there brothers to get there EMS I highly doubt that because Madara doesnt look like the type too kill his own siblings then again there isnt enough detail as of yet
