A few weeks back I saw a thread of the year going on in Narutoverse..

The discussion was that it is in a different universe/dimension...

The question which I have is that, how do we know the birthdays of all the characters?? And how can we be sure it would be on the same day for Earth every year.. Because that would mean they have the same duration for the year and similar calendar system.. Which should also indicate religion, because that is how we got the calendar..

So any thoughts guys.. :shrug:

Or is it just fan made dates for character birthdays and not official??

It's a fictional universe which has borrowed it's aspects from the real world but the writer made his own mix. The b'days of characters are given in databook at times and can be find in wiki if you want.

Religion and calenders are not a matter of concern in Naruto world though Kishi borrowed heavily from Japanese tradtional myths and philosophies to write the story itself.
