Edo Madara ( can only be killed by sealing )
vs
Akatsuki ( Healthy Nagato, Konan, Deidara, Sasori, Itachi, Kisame, Hidan, Kakuzu, Orochimaru. )
Restrictions:
No Gedo Mazo ( for either Madara or Nagato ).
Orochimaru's Edo Tensei can resurrect -ANY- dead Shinobi except for the 4 Sealed Hokages.
Nagato can sacrifice his life to resurrect -ALL- of his team mates ( the moment he uses it all of the dead members are brought to life. If their bodies were used for Orochimaru's Edo Tensei they cannot be resurrected.
Edo Madara is restricted to a maximum 25 Mokuton clones at the same time.
Perfect Susanoo cannot be fully absorbed by Samehada or Preta ( even if the definition of Preta is that it can absorb anything ). However, a hole can be made in it which allows someone to get inside. )
Itachi's Totsuka can't penetrate PS. It needs to strike through a hole in it.
Itachi's Susanoo Mirror can block any non-physical technique ( it can block Amaterasu and Katon but can't block Susanoo slashes and Mokuton ).
Itachi is healthy and he will not go blind no matter how much MS techniques he uses. He does not have Shisui's MS.
Scenario 2.
If Madara is losing he gets Valley of the End Hashirama to help him ( no edo, no tailed beasts )
If Akatsuki is losing they get Rinnegan Tobi ( has all Rinnegan abilities but none of the jinchuuriki ) and Kyuubi ( cannot be compelled by Madara's Sharingan but it can be subdued by Team 1's wood style )
Restrictions are the same.

In my opinion, Madara takes this. His Perfect Susanoo is absolutely gigantic and if he sits on the top of it nobody can reach him. He then proceeds to spam the hell out of Meteor and if things get bad he can always use his 25 Susanoo clones.
It doesn't help that his PS is nigh impenetrable by Akatsuki's techniques.
