I swear I can name a munch of characters better than Vergo:

Law
Doflamingo

You seem to have just named a few people who can clearly beat him like Doflamingo, nobody is saying Doflamingo can't beat Vergo. Nor have I seen anyone say he is overpowered.
This is all clearly over the Pica < Vergo debate.

Strongest people Vergo can beat imo are
Smoker, Zoro, Pekoms, Moriah, Crocodile, Ivankov, a few other Vice Admiral who are top tier (ones present at the war).

Vergo is a worthy opponent and one of the reasons why people look down on him so much was because he was one shotted by Law (who has a pretty broken Devil Fruit but trained well in the past two years to be able to pull off such a feat). But the ability to use Busoshoku Haki throughout your entire body like that is not something so easily dismissed. Smoker was hardly a match for him and Smoker is a Vice Admiral in the Marines.

OT: "Vergo < any OP person I can think of." <(-.-<) Is this really all the OP people you could think of.... I guess I should start with, should I assume that by OP you mean over powered, or OP as in One Piece.


If you can only put those people from One Piece... how have you missed so many people. If you can only think of these people as Over Powered.... how have you missed so many people.




Vergo was an absolute badass. He didn't take shit. He dished it cold. The debate as of late comes from a thread in which someone claimed Zoro > Vergo > Pica, etc. Which once more brought upon debate about who was Doflamingo's strongest subordinate: Vergo or Pica.


Based on conversation in Punk Hazard, the fact Vergo held the same rank Pica yet no Suit, has shown Haki and capable fighting outside of DF abuse, and finally was entrusted with infiltrating the Marines (ENTIRELY vital for Doflamingo to run his underground empire) brings me to believe he's Doflamingo's second in command. And as we've seen, second in command is typically the second strongest (well it is).
