I remove a spike partially out of my palm and use
(Suiton: Soudai Kaisaku) - Water style: Grand water excavation

Descripton: user creates a water vortex around his sword, creatin a drill that he/she then stabs into the opponet and then it does thunderous splash after its done throwin the away opponent away.
(The user must use a sword and it doesnt need a water source)
combined with
(Suiton:Hahonryuu)-Water Styleestruction Torrent

• Range:Short-Mid
• Chakra cost:20
• Damage Points:40
• Descripton: Water vortex created in the palm of the users hand that can then be blasted forward creating a spiraling wall of water that can be used to attack or defend(no water source needed to use this jutsu).

Sorry but thats a bad choice.
Fire could only weaken water if it's a Rank higher...and even then thats if'y....
Also the amount of water coming your way would soak you, using chidori would shock you.
