No that must be a special ability stated in your bio and checked there, not a jutsu.

but that is like a jutsu like a keke genkai
what i made was just to make it stronger that you cant break free whit the e-rank jutsu for ropes so it's not a jutsu nor a special move its simple use of chakra like for walking on a wall or over water so every one can use it in the same way i did

and still i didnt do the same as you i just made it impossible to escape i didnt control the string with chakra so it is legit and not like ur move so i win this one
