For months the current Hokage have been sending their ninjas to the land of lightning to spy and cause mayhem. Recently, one of them even made it into the Raikage’s office and nearly killed him but one of the Kumogakure shinobi sacrifice himself to save the Raikage. The sandaime Raikage; Zeus was completely fed up by this mockery. He would put an end to this personally, and the only way to accomplish this was to take out the head of the problem the Nidaime Hokage; Tobirama Senju! Zeus sent a messenger bird to the Hokage for him to meet him at the village gates so they can finish this once and for all. If he didn’t show up, Zeus would rampage throughout the village and kill everyone until he killed the hokage. So if the hokage respected his village and villagers he would show up.

A big lightning bolt crash down on the borders of the land of fire and reform into Zeus, this was now time for war. He quickly activated his Raition no Yori and dash towards Konoha. He came to a stop when he saw someone leaning up against the village gates. He did show up.

“So I guess you’re not a coward after all Nidaime. I came here for once reason only, to finish you off. Are you ready to die?”

Shouted Zeus while standing mid-range away from Tobirama, with his Raition no Yori on.

(Raiton no Yori) - Lightning Release Armour

Description: The user will wrap themselves with lightning chakra, which then electrically stimulates their nerves system and speed up their neural synapes to react faster to danger and push away any physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous strength. This armour, combined with Taijutsu allows the user to utilize a special style of Nintaijutsu which combines Lightning and Taijutsu. While the technique is active, the user is immune to Lightning techniques A-Rank and below but doesn't have any additional defensive bonus. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Note: Technique lasts for 4 turns
Note: Can only be used by 3rd Raikage or 4th Raikage bios.

Tobirama arrives, fashionably late as usual while activating his chakra sensing abilities to aid him in battle. Across him stood a large man, with what appeared to be lightning covering his body. What a peculiar ability. Tobirama wondered, as he sensed the vast amount of chakra emitting from his body. Tobirama takes out four normal kunai's and marks all four of them. Three of the kunai's would be kept inside his ninja pouch where it is easily accessible, while the last one, Tobirama would throw, 5 meters above the Raikage with enough force to have it stick to the right gate. (You're standing near the right gate)

"Let's see what you got, Raikage!"

( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique

Description: This is the technique through which Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato apply the sealing formula, that will allow the use of their trademark space time techniques, to any desired object through physical contact and allowing him to teleport to that desired location through the Flying thunder God Technique and the use of its variations. While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. To use the Flying Thunder God technique on kunais, Tobirama has to apply the seal to them though through one use of the technique he can mark up to 5 kunais (this is valid only for kunais and other basic weapons, not enemies or other targets of the seal).
Note: Can only be used by Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato bios.

Zeus watches the kunai you threw lodge into the gate. That was a strange thing to do, looking at it all he saw was some markings on it. It didn’t have an explosive tag or nothing so what were you up to? Zeus thought to himself as he made a chidori in his right hand, giving you no indication of this due to his armour of lightning shrouding his body.

With the chidori in hand, he swings his hand in a horizontal manner to release countless senbons at you.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

Oops, I just skimmed through your reply, lol. Alright, so you're in front of me, i'm near the gate, and my kunai is on one of the gate.



In response to the lightning senbons racing his way, Tobirama whips out a normal katana, releasing wind chakra around him and creating a vortex of wind that surrounded his body, which easily neutralized the senbons before it made contact with Tobirama. Afterwards, he would create a pool of water below the enemy and have it rise up, creating a pillar of water to trap the enemy. If left undefended, The Raikage would eventually pass out from the lack of oxygen. Tobirama would also throw a single kunai, with an explosive tag attached to the end aimed for the eyes.

"Let's see how his lightning interacts with water..."
Tobirama wondered.

Zeus watches as you use a wind technique to defend against his senbons. Quite the clever one you are he thought. He then leans forward a bit in preparation to dash and enter close range of you when suddenly water began to pool under him. He would then, with all his speed dash forward, lowering his head to be stomach level with you as the kunai went over his head. As he reaches striking range of you in less than a second, with speeds he doubt you could track he would rise up and assume the crane stance. (Read the description of Long Fist Style: Shadowless Kick Technique to know what he did next, too lazy to type all that shit out >_>)

Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users (3T, Byakugan and Rinnegan), Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react (that depends on his speed, mastery of taijutsu and techniques used) but rather that he can perceive the attack.

(Chángquán: Kagehandō) - Long Fist Style: Shadowless Kick Technique

Description: The user from mid-range(or short) Quickly dashes in front of the opponent, to the opponent to his surprise and assumes the crane stance where he then jumps and kicks the opponent in the chin with the upper most top part of his foot. The opponents head will be forced upwards and thats when the user quickly dashes around the opponent, ending up behind him. Where he then delivers a strong kick to the opponents side, connecting his shin to opponents rib cage. The user then dashes around the opponent again, back to front and kicks them dead in the chest with a chakra infused foot. Quickly incapacitating the opponent or among certain situations brings upon death.
Note: This can only be attempted twice per battle.
Note: Can only be landed once.
Note: Since the user uses all of his speed, he is exhausted and can only preform two jutsus in the next turn.

With the enemy suddenly disappear in a burst of speed, Tobirama, with his sensing abilities and enhanced reaction would drop a single FTG Kunai on his area and teleport to the original FTG Kunai on the gate before the Raikage reaches his position. As the Raikage would land, most likely from noticing that his target was no longer in that position, Tobirama would teleport to the kunai he dropped and slash through the Raikage's mid-abdomen. Tobirama would also empower the sword used with lightning, allowing him to pierce through the Raikage's 'defense'

(Hiraishin no Jutsu) - Flying Thunder God Technique

Description: A complex Space Time Ninjutsu technique, the Flying Thunder God Technique works almost as a summoning technique. The user basically teleports himself to the location of a given seal mark. This seal mark is place by the ( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique and can be placed in anything. Normally used in special kunais, thrown by the user, the technique can also be used to teleport to any thing marked with the tag. The technique is not a movement technique but rather simply a pure teleport technique.
Note: Only Minato and Tobirama bios can use this jutsu. It is unavoidable unless with space/time ninjutsu and can only be used 4 times per battle

After marking an enemy with the Seal of the Flying Thunder God, the user will teleport to him, with a sword in hand, to deliver a swift, devastating slash. The technique is so fast that its virtually unavoidable unless through the use of similar Space Time techniques. The slash, however, can only be defined as a horizontal, mid abdomen slash, which limits the type of damage it can do, although it has the potential to be fatal.

Zeus in his lowered stance was dashing at full speed towards the Nidaime Hokage when suddenly, he vanishes out of thin air and a kunai fell to the ground. The kunai was quite similar to the one he saw lodge in the gate by tobirama previously. Zeus would immediately stop as he saw that kunai and change his trajectory to dash towards the gate where he saw the kunai lodge. He figured you used the Kawarimi no Jutsu to switch places with the kunai. It was a cheap move but smart on your behalf.

As he change his original path and turn to the side to go, mid-way through (couple meters away from his previous location) he stops as he sees the kunai still in the gate a couple meters in front of him. He also stops due to the crackling sound of lightning behind him. You were behind him, mid-range away once again with your sword extended and lightning flowing around it. This was strange indeed Zeus thought. It seems you didn’t use the Kawarimi no Jutsu and instead…teleported to the Kunai with special markings. They were now two of them and he was between both, with both mid-range away and you mid-range away too, beside the second mark kunai. He simply smirks and channel lightning chakra into his body to reactivate his Raiton no Yori and began to talk to you.

“Nidaime, it seems you’re a smart individual and fast on your feet too like me. But perhaps not fast enough. I came here with the intentions of killing you off quickly, but we both might have problems huh?”

The raikage turn his head slightly, but still maintaining eye contact with you. He pointed to your village and then turns back his head to you.

“What do you think would happen if you were to kill the raikage? Don’t you think a greater war would break out?”

Zeus stood there awaiting the man’s response.

Tobirama activates his chakra sensing abilities once again, as he turned around and looked at the Raikage. He put the Sword of the Thunder God back on his side, and stood there, mid range from the Raikage. It seemed as if the enemy was also capable of extremely fast movement.

"I'm not one to die so easily. And a war? Perhaps. But i'm confident in my village's abilities." Tobirama uttered, as he weaved a single hand seal. To his right, an orb of water would materialize and float mid-air, and with further shape manipulation, it would create several whips of water in an attempt to pierce through the Raikage from different angles, however two of which would be aimed towards the Raikage's eyes.

Let's see how you handle this, Raikage.

He fell for it like a fool, placing his sword back in its holster. The hokage easily let his guard down and now he would suffer the consequences. Before he could reply, or say anything the raikage still maintaining eye contact would continue to talk to him. “Would you like to see true war?” were the words that Zeus said as he place his opponent into a genjutsu where countless clans are fighting and you’re in the middle of it, just watching. Then a shadow from behind grabs on to you with one arm paralyzing you in reality and causing you to turn around in the illusion. The shadow looks at the scared hokage deep in the eyes and say “Gaze into the unending war!” as this was said and done a long sword quickly came out of the shadow’s eye and pierce through your chest, very close to your heart. This would be the end of the illusion and you would wake up to the crackling sound of lightning, to see the raikage’s right hand in your chest, then he would simply pull his hand out and jump back.

What happen in reality was that as the raikage set the stage up for the genjutsu he would activate his Jigokuzuki: Ippon Nukite technique and dash towards you with no care whatsoever and pierce through your armour to stab you in the chest. His hand didn’t even need to make direct contact, for the length of the finger spear was long enough to hit you before the raikage stop and plunge his entire hand inside your chest.

Description: User locks eyes with the target and asks "Would you like to see true war?" and the area around them changes to look like the middle of a bloody war between armored ninja clans. As the target is witnessing untold violence from the battle, a huge shadow with glowing dark red eyes appears behind them the target turns around and is grabed (paralyzed in reality now) in the shadow's giant hand before the shadow says "Gaze into the unending war!" a sword then extends out of its left eye and peirces the target's chest, the tip sticking out of the target's back. When the Illusion ends the target comes back to reality to realize the user has stabed them through the chest in the same spot the shadow did.

Note: Can only be used by the 3rd raikage whilst cladded in the lightning release armor.

The clans appeared. Bloodshed occured. Everything just happened. One second, Tobirama was staring at the 3rd Raikage, and in the next, it seemed as if they were caught in the middle of war. The sudden appearance of shinobi's from various clans was suspicious. ...Genjutsu? Tobirama was able to confirm his suspicions by noticing the lack of chakra around the area with his charka sensing abilities, and with a single hand seal, he would spike his chakra stream to dispel the illusion. As the illusion is dispelled, he could see the Raikage rushing towards him, with a finger pointed outwards. Timing it perfectly, Tobirama would create a pillar of water to abruptly push him upwards, evading the finger stab. The 3rd Raikage's momentum in that speed would prevent him from halting right then and there. Taking that into consideration, Tobirama would perform a single hand seal and turn his body around. He would release a sharp, quick, and powerful wave of water in the form of a stream towards the area you would be at.

( Genjutsu: Kai ) - Illusion Technique: Release

Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.

Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

He was going full speed ahead to stab Tobirama in the chest when suddenly he saw the man perform a hand seal, possibly breaking out of the genjutsu. Then right after he saw him pooling water beneath his location which suddenly shot him into the air. Due to Zeus sprint he couldn’t stop there, but stops about a meter or two from tobirama’s previous location and quickly turns back to see him in the air. He performs a hand seal and inhale, Zeus was ready for this. Then as soon as this happen, a fast jet of water came from his mouth. Zeus quickly dash to the direction of where he came from, stopping under tobirama’s location with a chidori in hand. He simply thrusts his hands upwards to release a big blast of lightning as you were spitting out the water.

He whips out his Sword of the Thunder God, and teleports to the area the Raikage stood on and would deliver a slash. (not harmed by the lightning technique since you thrusted your arms upwards, and it's aimed upwards, so the thunder technique is basically like an umbrella, or something, iunno.)

Zeus thought he had you now when you were airborne and he releases the surge of lightning into the sky under you. Then he heard the same ‘swooshing’ sound of when you teleported. He looks to the corner of his eyes to see you appear on the village gates, where the mark kunai was. Then his eyes open even wider when he realizes he was standing above the other one. As the sheathing of a sword can be heard (you drawing out your sword) he would quickly flicker about 5m to the right as you appear where he once was. He avoided the attack again! As soon as he stops, he would channel lightning chakra into his armour once more to ‘reactivate’ it in a sense. Then quickly stop on the ground to make 3 fire pillars that rise under your location in a straight path, side by side. One of them rose in front of you, behind and directly underneath you with space of no more than an inch or two.

Description: The user will wrap themselves with lightning chakra, which then electrically stimulates their nerves system and speed up their neural synapes to react faster to danger and push away any physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous strength. This armour, combined with Taijutsu allows the user to utilize a special style of Nintaijutsu which combines Lightning and Taijutsu. While the technique is active, the user is immune to Lightning techniques A-Rank and below but doesn't have any additional defensive bonus. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.

Tobirama, with his chakra sensing abilities, notices the Raikage missing from his original position and disappear yet again, in another burst of speed. He takes this time to activate and prolong his chakra sensing abilities before attacking. Once he spots the Raikage in the new position on the battlefield, Tobirama would swing his hand and generate a vortex of water to appear from thin air, lifting you up while trashing you around. With another hand motion, he would swing his hands to dispel the vortex of water and perform a single hand seal. With the Raikage airbourne, Tobirama would release a large blast of pressurized and spiraling water, which would easily knock out the Raikage if left undefended.

As the raikage was about to stomp on the ground to do his fire jutsu, he was raise into the air by a spinning vortex that made him a bit dizzy, but it vanish moments after it appeared. It was a weird trick to pull off, but suddenly, Zeus sees a water bullet coming his way, he simply smirks as he begins to fall back to the ground with the bullet coming. Before landing, he would channel chakra to his right arm, then simply with his brute strength slap (deflect) the water bullet, sending it back at you with the same power and strength, but a bit faster than before. Right after this, he lands on the ground and place you in a gen where snakes pop up and bind you, paralyzing you for the water bullet to kill you. Then he would activate another silent and quick technique while you’re combating the gen and water bullet.

Description: As shinobi tap into their elemental chakra to learn how to harness and use them, they become proficient in manipulating the element itself within their body. This technique is an advanced yet simplistic defense which utilizes the basics of elemental chakra manipulation. This technique allows a shinobi to essentially block/deflect enemy techniques akin to how they would block taijutsu techniques. This is accomplished by focusing into one’s body, typically their hands and arms, the same elemental nature being used against them. When met with direct contact with the concentrated area, instead of the jutsu damaging the user, the jutsu is met with a coating of chakra and little more than the feeling of a force hitting against them until the jutsu is dispelled. As stated by Kisame, Killer Bee is able to do this by increasing the vibration frequency of his lightning chakra to surpass the standard penetrative force of wind-chakra.

As Tobirama notices the Raikage 'slap' the water bullets, and have it go back towards the creator, Tobirama performs a single hand seal. Once that is done, he uses his skills with water release to create a large dragon which would extend out to a dragon-shaped bullet made of water. The 'dragon' would be sent out towards the Raikage, consuming the water bullets before it affects Tobirama while continuing onward. As the large dragon would block the Raikage's vision of Tobirama, he would throw one more FTG Kunai at a large arc, hidden behind the dragon and aimed towards the area behind the Raikage.

Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

Unfortunately, he didn’t have time to pull off his second jutsu due to a large water dragon coming his way after he sent the water bullet back. He would quickly perform a hand seal and release wind to split the dragon in two, killing it. After this he would quickly dash towards you in attempts to take your head off in a powerful lariat with his left arm.

Tobirama noticed the man disappear, in yet another burst of speed. However, this time Tobirama knew something about the technique. It seemed as if the Raikage only traveled at a linear path, most likely because traveling at such a speed would make it difficult to make sharp turns. To avoid the Raikage, Tobirama creates a body of water underneath him and uses it to arc around to the left, dodging the lariat while adding more distance. Arriving at the new location, about mid-range from his original position but slightly to the left, he would perform a single hand seal and release a large mass of water from his mouth to create a large water source with waves that would easily crush the Raikage if left undefended.

As Zeus nears your location he would see you moving to the left quickly to avoid him successfully. As he passes you, he would halt in his dash, and in another burst of speed, dash towards you and attempt to kick you in the back of the head as you're moving away. This would happen before you exit his short range radius.
