[Discussion] Vegeta(when he fought Recoome) vs Nail

Vegeta would grab Dende and threaten to kill him if Nail does not stop. As Nail tries to rescue Dende forcefully. Vegeta would let him fall . Nail would be too worried about Dende. So he would go try rescuing him. That is when Vegeta will smirk and hit him with full powered Final Flash. Game over.

When Vegeta went after Gohan and Krillin, who went to the Guru's place to unlock Gohans potential, in order to get the Dragonball back, he encountered Nail. However, they didn't fight because Vegeta sensed the Ginyu Force and decided to team up with Krillin and Gohan. If Vegeta decided to fight Nail there who do you think would win(Gohan, Krillin, Dende, or any of Frieza's forces cannot interrupt the fight). I think Nail could win high diff.

This is a 1 on 1 fight, no one else can be used to help or hurt the other side. Seriously this is getting pathetic, I get that some of you guys like Vegeta, but stop making up stuff so that he can win the fight.

Why add such restrictions to go in your favor? If you already knew the answer than why create such a thread? A fight is not won on pure brute strength you know?

I made this thread to be a 1v1 with Nail and Vegeta. I am not adding anything to put it in the favor of another. This thread is meant to discuss who would win in a fair fight between these two. If you say that Vegeta can hold Dende hostage, even though this is a 1v1 fight, then I can say that Nail grabs the Dragonball and threatens to break it unless Vegeta lets go of Dende. If someone made a Sasuke vs Naruto thread and someone said that the SO6P shows up and helps Sasuke beat Naruto, and someone says no one can help either side, would you say that they are adding restrictions in their favor?

They got their information from the Daizenshuu. Zenkai boosts increase power level, and Vegeta's last one boosted his to roughly 30,000. So his power level in this scenario is that. You are just making up stuff now because you like Vegeta better and want him to win.

You're just underestimating the power of a Zenkai, therefore you don't really know how powerful a Saiyan is. Plain and simple. What you need to understand is that just because a character has a higher PL than another character dosen't necessarily mean they will win. Frieza Saga Krillin has a higher PL than Saiyan Saga Scouter Vegeta yet i would put my money on Vegeta in beating him. Also, another point is that Vegeta and Goku are extraordinarily powerful Saiyan's that are nearly impossible to be killed and both of them have battle instincts like no other, especially Goku. Vegeta would just beat Nail because of him being nearly indestructible and his unbelievable battle instincts never mind the Power Level. Namekians are fodder compared to Saiyans anyway. The only Namekians you can compare to a Saiyan is Piccolo, Lord Slug, and Kami (Solely because of his status).

I don't think you get how Zenkai works. All it does is boost your PL, and Vegetas was boosted to 30,000. The only way Saiyan Saga Vegeta is beating end of Frieza Saga Krillin is if he goes Ape Mode. What makes you think Nail doesn't have any good battle instincts?

No, Zenkai boosts a Saiyan's PL when they're near death. You're just underestimating the power of Zenkai in how much power it gives to a Saiyan. A suggestion, watch the first and second Broly movie and then you will understand.

How much a Zenkai gives varies a A LOT. Vegeta only got a 6,000 power level increase after his defeat on Earth, but then he got a 500,000 power level increase after losing to Recoome. The Daizenshuu even says that Vegeta's power level was roughly 30,000.

If you watch the first two Broly movies, the Zenkai boost that Broly obtained was huge because a powerhouse SSJ2 Gohan was nothing to him. It just dosen't make sense because their power sky rockets when they obtain a Zenkai.

Did you even read my post? It is very obvious that Zenkai is inconsistent and varies A LOT. Vegeta's first Zenkai only sent him from 18,000 to 24,000, but then his third sent him from 30,000 to 530,000.

His 2nd Zenkai increased his power level by the same amount. Anyways, how does this have anything to do with the discussion? It doesn't change the fact that at the time Vegeta's power level was roughly 30,000.

Saiyan Saga Vegeta has powerful enough attacks that can obliterate Frieza Saga Krillin. 1 Galick Gun and it's game over. Nail couldn't evade not even one attack from Lord Frieza so he has no good battle instincts.

This would be derived from the fact that Goku’s battle power while using the Kaiō-Ken at this point was said to be 180,000 in the manga. Since Kaiō-Ken was said to double Goku’s battle power, normally he would be 90,000. This fits in with Ginyu’s statements in the manga: before Goku used the Kaiō-Ken, Ginyu estimated that Goku was at about 85,000.

Ginyu estimates that the power level needed to horrendously stomp the other Ginyu Force members, like Goku did, is 60,000. A 1.5x gap probably does that work, so 60,000 / 1.5 = 40,000. That's probably their power levels. Maybe a little higher, give or take.

Nail was outright stated to be 42,000. That's a bit more powerful than Ginyu Force members excluding Ginyu and Guldo. Vegeta when he fought Recoome nearly got killed.

Nail takes this with no difficulty. Recoome didn't choose to kill Vegeta fast, but Nail will get the job done ASAP, so he kills Vegeta.
