So basically, 1 touch from Orochimaru results in a painful death (if he manages to touch your face). Pretty lethal, isn't it? It makes Oro even more scary in terms of close combat.

Whoooouh creepy technique.

It is dangerous but its just the same as striking someone in the head which the opponent is activly trying to prevent. It also seems he has to place his hand over their whole face for a short time. Not to easy to accomplish imo, but still a creepy-dangerous and orochimaruish move.

A Kunai can't alter the attacker's physical opinion to match the victims very appearance to the point where it's undetectable, WHILE altering the voice completely.
