Red woke up with a glimmer of light hovering over the edges of his eyes. Though as he opened his eyes, he saw nothing more than total darkness, He began to panic and move as he could feel a substance against his skin...the more he moved the more he realized what it was..

Water?, he thought as he rose to his feet.

Red feeling something wrapped around his eyes slid the object that was hindering his sight..and now he could see, but as he looked around he wondered what was happening? Why were there trees surrounding him, why was he laying on the edge of a river? Then an underlying thought seemed to shiver his body to the core..

Who am I?

Red walked with water drenched clothes toward a light on the edge of the cluttered forest..he fell on his knees on the muddy ground as he felt sharp pain run through his leg. Looking down toward it, he noticed that a deep cut went around his right calf and up his thigh. He clenched his teeth as more pain came...more blood seeped out of the wound. He didn't know how he was alive, maybe it was the adrenaline. Whatever it was, maybe he could find his answer where the light was...

Red attached his weight to the tree as he leaned on it for support. The wound began to pulsate as his adrenaline dulled. And the more he walked the more he felt lightheaded. Red slumped toward the ground and leaned toward the tree as He took off his shirt and wrapped it around his wounded area.

"That's better", he said as he rosed off of the ground and leaned on the tree again, trying to catch his breath..

I was for some reason expecting your character to be RED from pokemon. Now I can't unthink that.

(I meant track as in follow the trail he'd leave. Like the destruction of the ground and markings on brushed trees and leaves while dashing.)
