When time 'skips'... does time 'skip' for everyone?
Also, if it did then a lot of things would go unsaid...

*in a blink of an eye Damian body is cut in half as he upper body slowly starts to slide down as Vergil crosses Damian*, your weak..... *vergil continues walking crossing Damian as Damian upper body slides to the ground, Damian got a clean cut, he is still alive though*
