Ok, so heres the prob: my friends r all obsessed wid this english series, called Vampire Diaries, if u lyk it pls tell me y, coz i thik it suks, nd they call me a freak 4 watching naruto, so i have a few questions:
1. If you watch VD, y do u watch it!???
2. If you don't then can you pls tell me hw many people around the world watch naruto, coz i'm gonna stand up to dem the nxt time they call me a freak, nd i need 2 know how many.

I think they only watch it bcoz of the amount of skin shown... in my class, these two girls were talking about how sad it was that Elina and Stephan have 2 break up, i mean WTH? There is a freaking war going on on NARUTO nd ur calling rejection sad!???

i love both. imo, naruto is da best. VD i watch coz i like vampires and werewolves, and da storyline is good. But i choose naruto over VD any day. you can tell them that coz im an expert in both.

I don't think you should compare it to Harry Potter.

I know a lot of people who watch VD. Why?
"Because the guys in it are so hot."
"Yeah, especially Damon."
"Omg, Stefan is so dreamy."
"Dude, the girls in it are f**king sexy."

I swear, it's exactly like that :/ To me, watching something JUST because you find a character hot is, well, kind of pathetic. I watch/read Naruto because it has a proper story, it has meaning, it has LESSONS, excitement, thrills, etc. All the people I know watch VD because the characters are attractive.

My reply to them is: "Have you seen those stars without make-up? ^.^"
