Let's say you're one of the top managers at a Great Village, and you're responsible for hiring ninja to fulfill the Villages' ninja jobs (see images in the first spoiler, also lol @ the naked dude in the bottom right). You determine factors like salary and what branch they fit into best. The value for a character increases if they are particularly good at what they do and/or if their role is in high demand. Based on this, what roles and general salary range would you give a character? Note that I don't mean low salary is the same as being homeless, it's just relative to other ninja.

Roles: Intermediate General Ninja, Advanced Combat Unit, Emergency Support
Salary:
During War: Mid - High
During Peace: Mid
Justification: Choji can fulfill common roles that ninja frequently perform, such as being a bodyguard and maybe even crowd control. He excels at combat compared to the others in his clan, as we haven't seen any other Akamichi that can utilize butterfly mode without the red pill. Being able to pressure the Gedo Mazo statue, he can deal with large-scale threats expected in times of war that could otherwise decimate the rest of his troops. If paired with his teammates, he becomes an even deadlier threat. The trio is also effective during peace because they can easily subdue their targets with shadow possession or mind transfer rather than outright murder waves of enemies.
Salary:

Roles: Combat Medic, Hospital Director, Head of Medical Research & Development
Salary:
During War: High
During Peace: High
Justification: With medical knowledge and abilities that amazed that medical war veteran of the Sand Village, I definitely believe Sakura should be put in some form of health position. During war, she can find antidotes for vaccines in a similar fashion to Tsunade to give troops on all fronts more pushing power. She can heal ninja on the battlefield as seen during the War Arc, and she possesses enough strength to hold off the enemies if her unit is suddenly under attack. She also has the intelligence to avoid an assassination attempt from a Zetsu clone masquerading as Neji. I feel that there are many other clans and ninja that specialize in combat, and while Sakura has value as a fighter, her skills as a medic are too valuable to lose unless it's really desperate.
Health care is still a big thing in times of peace. Perhaps she can find new ways to increase the percentage of successful operations like Tsunade did with Rock Lee. She would be essential if some powerful virus started spreading over the village.
