Is the databook worth any value now, that the 4th one is out?

I am thinking of buying the 3rd one, for my personal knowledge and also if people here need it also. But then i'm not sure if its gonna be worth anything now, that there is a 4th one?

Since i'm not sure how databooks work, can someone enlighten me? Do they all have the same information carried out? Or do old ones ahve information the new ones don't have?

Like on specific techniques and so on, cause i doubt kishimoto will bother to go elaborate on every single technique for the manga in the 4th one. (Maybe he does, it'll be nice if you can correct me on this.)

Please let me know.

The third databook likely has information not covered in the fourth. Information on most of akatsuki and konoha jonin are likely not in it, for instance.

ahhh ok, so it is worth it i assume.

Because i think that information in the databook, could be more to discuss about rather than just the manga weekly chapters.

Right. For instance, any technique already covered that has not had a significant showing in the recent manga will be left out of the Databook IV, such as Kirin, Iron Sand, Puppet Master Jutsu in general, etc.

ahh i see, so he can keep it within the limit of 400 pages or so i assume.

I wonder why no one bothers to discuss the stuff in the databook, it seems for more intersting than the manga chapters.

People don't consider the databook to be reliable because it has a few inconsistencies. They disregard the entirety of the databook based on a few select cases.

Yea that has always pissed me off. But even the inconsistencies people claim, usually have some sort of an answer , either through a change of events or so.
