I think Naruto wins all. 3 Tails naruto was overwhelming Sasuke, with his 3 T sharingan.

Neji gets blitzed and dies, Lee gets outlasted and Zabuza shi ts his pants.

How is he not? His power and speed is near limitless due to kurama and im assuming this naruto has full control over his moves? and not a rage out of control one?

your point? his still in 3 tails mode, those scans are valid since naruto used them while in his 3Tail state, whether its in part 2 or 1 3tails chakra cloak should give him the same boosts.

How so?

He can swarm Zabuza with clones or go under the bridge and Rasengan his face when Zabuza attacks one of his clones.

He managed to trick Neji, who has Byakugan.

I guess you have a point but I don't see the matter of being different times skips the kyuubi chakra would have different scalings in terms of power.
