Appearance: A man tainted with work and stress; Ryuken may be the last person you'd call a "Shinobi". His attire and appearance is very simple, featuring a blinding white tuxedo, matching dress pants, and formal dress shoes. He is normally seen wearing thin and frameless glasses. Variety of pins and crosses honoring the Quincy can be found on the breast of his suit. After leaving Konohagakure, his attire undergoes major changes. His current attire consists of a long, white, double-breasted trench coat with shoulder straps and a white, button-down bib. This coat is bound at the waist with a black belt, which is further adorned with a decorative buckle, and is worn over both white trousers and trench boots. Along with the uniform, he wears a distinctive white, ankle-length cloak over the uniform. He ditches his glasses and sweeps his hair back, leaving behind one strand of hair loosely hanging in front of his face.
Personality: Serious, courageous, at times wayward, and confident in his abilities and the abilities of others. He does not socialize often, but that doesn't make him aloof. He prefers to save his words for people he respects or have a strong bond with. Also he has a great disdain for heroes or those fighting for the greater good, as the justice they constantly promote is false.

History: He abandoned his training mid-way and joined the world of politics at the age of 15. Despite his father having the utmost expectations for his son, he reluctantly supported Ryuken's choosing. Two years had passed and Ryuken became one of the most sensational politicians in Konohagakure, and possibly all of the five great nations. As his fame and power rose up, so did the awareness of attempted assassinations. Ryuken received many death threats in and outside of the village. His life was at stake here, so they decided to hire someone to protect him, preferably someone from his clan. Her name was Kanae Katagiri and she was tasked to accompany Ryuken wherever he went. With time spent with each other, the two became inseparable and Ryuken soon married Kanae at the age of 22. Time passed by and Ryuken was on par with the hokage, in terms of power and political fame. Threatened by this, the hokage secretly devised an assassination for Ryuken and his family.
Working endlessly, Ryuken picked up a few presence in his building before being attacked by two individuals armed with kunai and shurikens. Despite his incomplete training, he waved off the infiltrators with ease. Ryuken immediately left the building and hurried to his house, hoping that whoever had the intention of killing him wouldn't aim for his family too. He came home to his bloodied wife Kanae and his son Uryu gone. Desperation, hate, anger filled his heart until all he could utter from his mouth was "Death to them all." After a few weeks of locking himself inside his house, Ryuken departed from the village and vowed to avenge the loved ones he had lost.
He wondered the world, looking for something to cast away the burden of his heart. Through the journey, Ryuken met a man named Yhwach and soon allied with his group known as the Quincy. He would soon find out that Yhwach was his biological father and that he would inherit his position as "A" The Almighty.

Weapon: Ginrei Kojaku is a portable composite bow. The user, who has a cross chain in the shape of a pentacle. The necklace is abnormally big, at the max size of a young teenager's palms. By squeezing it, it expands into giant, unusually shaped bow. The bow is a cross between a Spider Web and a Pentagram. It has extends out into 4 extensions, the width being 1.75 meters long and the height being 2 meters. It is connected by several curved structures which hold it together. The handle has two hollow semi circles next to it, in which the object(s) are projected. Even though it may not look like, it is very flexible, bending backwards when the string is pulled back with great force, making it function like a Slingshot in some cases. The string is joined together, attached at the top and bottom of the bow's extension. The hollow sides near the handle allow for greater accuracy when shooting the arrows, by narrowing down and aligning the hollow sides with the target.
