During Naruto's fight with Orochimaru when he went in 4-tailed state Orochi was unable to touch him due to corrosive nature of Kyubi chakra. Then how come Tendo-pain was able to manhandle him without getting seriously burned???

Orochimaru did touch 4 Tailed Naruto when he punched him and nothing happened. Naruto's clothes weren't even burnt. The corrosive shroud wasn't actually that hot.
