KN6 is stronger than KN4 so him charging it faster makes sense. Kurama used a far more powerful TBB than KN4 did. Dramatic effect seems like a petty excuse TBH.

It's a fact. Kurama using a more powerful Bijuu Dama than KN4 literally has nothing to do with the point. Kurama charged a small Bijuu Dama slower than he'd charge a standard while he was fighting Naruto. The comparison was between Kurama in two different occasions, not Kurama and KN4.

While those examples make sense, KN4 took half a chapter IIRC which is far longer than any of the other scenarios so I highly doubt that KN4 can charge TBB almost as fast as Hachibi or Kyuubi.

Also Bee can easily outlast Naruto since his skin is decaying as the fight prolongs. A TBB is useless when Bee can run circles around KN4 and considering even Bee has difficulty aiming a TBB, KN4 will have a much harder time due to being mindless.

Never said he could, it's definitely not going to be that long though. Closer to KN6 if anything.

His skin decaying means nothing. Naruto won't revert unless someone suppresses his chakra. His skin decays and then it regenerates. That decreases his lifespan, but the only immediate effect that it'll have on him is that his body will be damaged once the Kyuubi chakra is suppressed. Anything else is too far off for it to be a factor in this fight.

Not really. Bijuu Dama's AoE is large. B being able to run circles around KN6 doesn't mean that he's going to run circles around Bijuu Dama, which fires faster than KN6 can move. Comparing B's difficulty aiming isn't 100% solid since B is much larger and has to handle a much larger Bijuu Dama than KN4 and KN6.

No...It's common sense to anyone that it was a dramatic effect. That TBB is nothing when you look at the fact that Kurama has charged stronger ones than with less time. However, it took longer to charge this

which is smaller but apparently has a longer prep than larger ones for example
