Raikage can't even be hurt by these two, nor will they pull a SM Naruto when this is V2 level speed we are talking about. So it probably ends in a stalemate.

This is the end for him.

Stage - 4 War arc SM Naruto 7G Gai

He'd lose here too. Gai can comfortably keep up with him, but the only issue is hurting him, and that's where Naruto comes in. Naruto preps COFRS, Gai uses Hirudora and shoots Raikage right into the COFRS, thus he dies a terrible death. Team wins mid diff.

Probably loses to Kabuto.
