I'm not saying Bee can use Liger Bomb, as that is also pure speculation. But we also can't speculate about what exactly Liger Bomb is unless maybe there's something in the DB about it.

Bee is even stronger than Ay. If he can't replicate ligher bomb it's because it's more than brute strenght. Things like technique (wrestling type) is also involved. Chakra release is speculation yes i admit it, but i used it as an example of something else than brute strenght.

The only reason I'm saying Bee can't do liger bomb is because it's never been shown or said he could. I'm not trying to figure out why though.
