Ryūken is a tall, fair-skinned man that appears fit for his age. He is normally seen wearing thin and frameless glasses and a plain grey suit with a light blue shirt and a tie adorned with Quincy crosses. He has narrow blue eyes and white hair. However after being reached out by his father, Yhwach, his clothing was completely revamped. His new attire is a variation of the Stern Ritter's typical white uniform, consisting of the order's signature hooded cloak, an ankle-length trench coat with many buttons on its front and sleeves, and black boots.
Personality:
Ryūken appears to be a cold, work-oriented man, and is apparently estranged from his father and son. He detests his status as Yhwach's first ever child on the grounds that it does not enable one to make a proper living. He has a keen intellect, able to picture the premises around him without investigating the area. As a young infant, Ryuken experienced the consequences of War. It made him not only understand pain, but made him dark and empty.

Background Info
History:
Ryuken was born on the first days of the 3rd Shinobi World War. At the time, Konoha's Military force and militia were decreasing everyday as hundreds of Konoha-Nin are slain viciously by Kiri, Kumo, and Amegakure. Although they were the strongest village, they could not fend off the blood-thirty villages. Yhwach, Ryuken's father was not a regular fodder. He was strong. He did not possess any Kekkei Genkai or any unique ability.(His Mother was a Hyuga) He was called for battle and never returned. As Ryuken turned much older, his mother could not carry the responsibility of taking care of Ryuken and working night-day at the same time. Stressed had consumed his mother and in about a year, she had passed as her spirit gave up.
Ryuken was all alone with no family or relatives. However, he was a independent kid. He knew that it would make her mother happy if he survived, had a family, and lived normal lives. To that day, he dedicated himself to becoming a better man. He studied plant life and find a way to heal wounds with simple leaves. This made his intellect become more sharper. He also practiced in the arts of hand-to-hand combat and archery, which he excelled in. After 2 years of dedication, Ryuken had become a man that he promised to be.
As he got older, Ryuken married a woman named Kanae Katagiri, who was ironically a childhood crush. Kanae gave birth to a son later named as Uryu Ishida. Life was well until the ground shook before them. There was a small pause as an explosion wavered throughout the village. The sounds of metal clashing echoed as well. Ryuken evacuated Kanae and Uryu to a safe War Shelter. Ryuken kissed Kanae as he took a necklace from his pocket. Wiping tears from his eyes, Ryuken placed the necklace within Uryu's head as he stared upon his child. He then grabbed his bow and arrows as he waved his last goodbye.
Ryuken entered the gateway as he saw Anbu and Konoha Elite battling the forces of Kumo. He quickly entered the battle as he fought back, successfully retreating the Kumo Forces out of the borders of Konoha. As he looked upon the carcasses of Shinobis, he then turned around to see no one guarding the other side of the border. He quickly ran to an the Anbu Commander, but it was two light. A cloud of a variety of attacks to kunais to great fireballs descended upon the village as Ryuken looked upon the shelter where his family lay hidden. A huge explosion exploded within the village as Ryuken and others flew due to the impact of the attacks. The village was in great destruction as the Kumo Forces retreated.
Greatly wounded, Ryuken quickly fled to his once standing house as he saw the shelter engulfed with fire. A bunch of shinobi ran towards the shelter as they used a suiton technique to extinguish the fire. Ryuken walked slowly into the shelter as he opened the door, only to see ashes of his family. He then looked around as he saw the necklace laying on the ashes. He reached for the necklace as he collapsed. He weeped as cried with anger.
The rest of his life was miserable. Although everything was restored in Konoha, Ryuken's heart was shattered. There's nothing worth living for anymore. The thought of suicide had crossed his mind but he ignored it as suicide is the weak's way out. As he put his head down on the table, he heard a knock on his door. As he opened it, he then saw his father, tall and muscular. His appearance had changed as well. He also had two other men standing on the back of him. The three wore the same uniform with a insignia so similar to his necklace. Yhwach then spoke.
War is not pleasant. War can break spirits but one cannot just lock themselves with despair. We will stop the rage of War and bring forth peace.
Ryuken was surprised on what he said. His voice had become raspy and low and the trouble of pronouncing words was noticeable. Yhwach then grabbed Ryuken's hands as he squeezed them hard. His hands were cold and saggy, but he could feel his power surging from his veins.

His words shocked him as he closed his eyes, remembering the sight of blood as a child and the death of his family. Ryuken lifted his glasses as he wiped his tears. He then looked up upon his father as he nodded. Yhwach laid his hand upon his Shoulder as he spoke.

Description:Neo and Ella are the twin younger siblings of Xerneas,they are also known as the Genjutsu Twins,they are slightly shorter in size compared to Xerneas however they are both the same looking except Neo has antlers and Ella has none due to her being a female.This duo is one of the most feared team in the Deer Realm.The two deers are masters of Genjutsu and can use them up to B-Rank as well as non elemental Deer Techniques(Deer Arts) however the two Deers have there own specialty where Neo is a master of repetition illusions and Ella is a master of false surrounding illusions,the two has a special combo where Ella starts off casting a Genjutsu by tapping her hooves on the ground creating a sound and using her chakra to amplify the range,when the target is caught they are put under a Genjutsu where the target is sitting in a ramon shop where the target is sitting infront of a bowl of ramon and then Neo taking control will cast a dual layer Genjutsu where the target will start eating the ramon and will continuously eat it as the noodles never end,in realty the target is simply moving there hands up and down motion as they are eating the ramon,that it will be hard for the target to gain full control of there motion.If they manage to break the Genjutsu Ella simply can tap her hooves again to reactivate the Genjutsu when need to and Neo will repeat the process

It has a large, feathery red mane, long, dark blue, ridged eyebrow-like protrusions, and a single cream-colored horn that curves slightly. This is actually a mutation, instead of growing antlers on the top of his head keldeo grew a single antler on his forehead, gaining him the nickname unicorn. The back of its head, as well as its neck, is covered with fluffy,light blue fur. Keldeo has blue split hooves. Its tail is light blue with white spots and resembles an elaborate feather in a cap. Keldeo has two forms. In his original form keldeo can channel chakra to his horn and create a blue blade of chakra that is as long as his body, this technique is known as sacred sword. Keldeo's second form is his special ability, by using his chakra he is able to change form. After being on the field for at least one turn Keldeo is able to change into his absolute form. Keldeos features change as well, the dark blue protrusions become shorter and lighter in color, resembling ears. Its horn becomes dark blue, and grows larger and ridged.
