The jets are materialized three meters away from the desired target's three, six, nine, and twelve o'clock. Once the users hands are fully slammed against each other, the pressurized jets would reach their destination simultaneously to the hand's collision. The first being; the user can send all three Eels rushing towards the opponent at the same time as an attack, and the user can freely manipulate the direction they are headed just like Earth Flow Wave. The rain drops then quickly shoot up into the clouds above where the user is free to move throughout the clouds. They then rain down in the desired location where they reform their body. This happens fairly fast, but is nowhere near instantaneous. The break down of the user's body is quick taking just a second, similar to someone user the water substitution technique. It then takes a couple of seconds to ascend into the clouds where it takes several seconds to move from one location to the other, being logically longer depending on the distance travelling. Finally it takes another couple of seconds to rain down in the desired location and reform. While preforming this technique the user is susceptible to being scattered, blown away or evaporated. If scattered while in rain drop form it will take the entirety of the user's turn to reform their body (even if using this technique as the user's last move, the amount of time to reform stays the same if scattered, independent of who's turn it is after the technique is used). Being evaporated results in the death of the user. Then the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction. This technique is very similar to Vortex Storm Technique to bring down the rain clouds. [B](Chiratsuki Kaihi) Flicker Evasion[/B] Type: Defensive Rank: B-Rank Range: Short-Mid Chakra: 20 Damage: N/A Description: A simple yet effective Ninjutsu technique, Minato will dash in a burst of raw speed and jump, run or dodge an incoming attack. This is done by taking advantage of his enhanced reactions and his fast intellect when perceiving an attack and combining it with a burst of pure movement speed. Off course this can only be used on a battle ground that enables it and never mid air. It has some limitations though as Minato himself doesn't have a high movement speed but its still enough to mimic what can be described as an "instant" movement. Because of this, if the user wants to dodge or evade attacks from faster bios such as Raikage bios or EIG users, he needs the use of his space time techniques. The technique also has some limits in the movement it can produce, which are overall linear, lacking the ability to produce intricate and complicated movement patterns. Doujutsu users (at least 2T for Sharingan), Sensors or EIG users/masters as well as users with high reaction/reflexes or senses will still be able to track the user although, in some cases, become unable to react. [B](Fusen no Kekkai) Tag Barrier[/B] Type: Defensive/Supplementary Rank: B-rank Range: Short Chakra cost: 20 Damage points: N/A Description: The user will take a tag marked with the kanjis 障害 (Shōgai) and either place it on a weapon (like wrapped around a kunai's handle) or on a surface (like the ground). Upon doing so, a defensive spherical barrier is erected around the tag as a seal. The barrier can be used to defend against up to B-Rank ninjutsu but also be used to contain an enemy inside if feasible. Forming the needed hand seal will cause the sword to activate and strike out against any enemy in the nearby area. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu. Note: Requires a water source to use. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets. [B](Jikūkan Kekkai) – Space-Time Barrier[/B] Rank: S Type: Supplementary Range: Long Chakra cost: 40 Damage points: N/A Description: The user will perform the Ram hand seal, while holding a small object marked with a seal of the thunder god mark, to form a barrier that will teleport away incoming attacks that are sent at it. He is capable of diverting away an attack as large and powerful as a chakra blast from the nine-tailed demon fox. Once the technique is warped away, the user has to direct it to another location. [B]( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique[/B] Rank: A Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra cost: 30 Damage points: N/A Description: This is the technique through which Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato apply the sealing formula, that will allow the use of their trademark space time techniques, to any desired object through physical contact and allowing him to teleport to that desired location through the Flying thunder God Technique and the use of its variations. While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. To use the Flying Thunder God technique on kunais, Tobirama has to apply the seal to them though through one use of the technique he can mark up to 5 kunais (this is valid only for kunais and other basic weapons, not enemies or other targets of the seal). After marking an enemy with the Seal of the Flying Thunder God, the user will teleport to him, with a sword in hand, to deliver a swift, devastating slash. The technique is so fast that its virtually unavoidable unless through the use of similar Space Time techniques. The slash, however, can only be defined as a horizontal, mid abdomen slash, which limits the type of damage it can do, although it has the potential to be fatal. This seal mark is place by the ( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique and can be placed in anything. Normally used in special kunais, thrown by the user, the technique can also be used to teleport to any thing marked with the tag. The technique is not a movement technique but rather simply a pure teleport technique. Note: Only Minato and Tobirama bios can use this jutsu. When assaulted by a Tailed Beast Ball from the Ten-Tails, the barrier simply distorted its shape, forcing the brunt of the attack upwards while it was left completely intact. Its users can create openings within the barrier to allow passage. The barrier is apparently very chakra-taxing since at least two of its users are limited in the usage of other techniques, such as clone techniques, while maintaining the barrier at the same time. Despite this, the users can still perform techniques and hand seals while sustaining the barrier. The barrier itself is strong enough to resist any S-Rank technique known and, despite being opened on top, is very high and hard to escape from. Alternatively, high ranked ninjas can use this technique by using clones. In this case, only Sage rank ninjas have the necessary chakra reserves to produce the technique.
