Uzushiogakure & Naruto/Uzumaki Clan

Considering Naruto had only recently found out that the 4th was his father (Pain Arc) does this also imply that he knows nothing of uzushiogakure and his clan? We've come across several characters in the Manga/Anime that are all of the Uzumaki clan, including Tsunade herself (on her mothers side) and thus I can only assume that he's unaware. With that being stated, would it be too farfetched to believe that we may find out about his clan's history in the New Era? (If the third series becomes a reality)

I know that, but did she give him the history he was looking for? Do you think he'll go searching for more information in that land? Sorry, just have a lot of questions.

I suppose its just that with Shippuden coming to an end, I'm afraid I wont get to learn about a few of these things. Not that they're important to the overall story, but still.

I was thinking that Naruto in the New Era will try to find his clan members that ran away at the destruction of Uzushiogakure, and Sasuke (if he's alive in the New Era) will try to find some Uchiha.. It's possible that some Uchiha are somewhere but not in Konoha..

I would really like to see some more Uzumaki. We've seen quite a few Uchiha and i think some balance is needed.

Naruto isn't a true Uzumaki. Karin is the one who should be learning about her Uzumaki heritage.

What would be the piont ? Naruto did use seal jutsus and he does not inherited the chain from his mother.
Where do you get your information that there will be part 3 ? Is this officially or just internet rumors ?
