If you were to completely blot out every light source, wouldn't there be no shadows at all?

Also the water should amplify the light source entering the eye, not from within the eye. and by doing that with the water, it shouldn't amplify light, rather it would magnify things like a telescope.
Considering that a NVG (night vision goggle) uses sensors to detect minute amounts of light, then multiply the incoming light and sends an electrical signal to a green phosphorus screen (reason why NVG sight is green) so that the signal becomes visible again.

Perhaps a solution to the problem would be to make a lens, but infusing a tiny bit of electrical current within it. The electricity in the lens would react to incoming ambient light and become brighter. In this case the view would be blue/white and it would appear you would have light blue eyes.

i'd suggest you modify your night vision jutsu.

Nah what the first jutsu was is just everything is a shaddow, the chaddo is so big its hard to see.

the absence of light is nothing but alot of shaddow. is it not?

and the nightvision was for something else entirely
