Well madara reffered to Nagato as senju and the fact senju power is needed to awaken/control rinnegan which Nagato did the best. Nagato is Uzumaki yet is regarded as a powerful senju.

One of Nagato's parents could have been from the Senju :| he has two parents ya know

I don't like this hypothesis that the hundreds of shinobi clans in the whole NV are all from Kaguya's descendance.

I theorized years ago that hagoromo was able to create a chakra network into simple humans he met during his trip, so that they will be able to use ninshuu.Those humans being ancestors of every clan in NV.
And the anime made Hago able to give the ability to use ninshuu to the humans he was able to connect with, to his friends.He then dispatched his disciples around the world (explaining the origin of almost every ninja clan of the narutoverse).

OT:There is no proof that Nagato's father isn't a Senju, and there is no proof that Naruto's father isn't a senju.
Plus there is the fact that Kushina had no affinity with Yang, she had an affinity with yin.

You are wrong claiming that Uzumaki are descendants of Ashura.

My last theory is that Uzumaki are descendants of the ninshuu brother of Ashura's wife, or descendants of her ninshuu father.That fits all the statements of the manga.

this is another one of the reasons why I dont think that the uzumakis are even from hagoromos lineage.

it is specifically stated in databook 4 that the uzumaki are descended from hagoromo's lineage...look it up

I'm reading it and I don't even see it. Even the manga only say they're distant relatives.

I still believe the Senju and Uzumkai were one clan originally, but for some reason separated into 2, one portion becoming the Uzumaki and other becoming the Senju. Similarly to how the Otsutsuki and Hyuga were one clan, and then they separated with some people going to the moon, and being Otsutsuki and others stayed on the planet and being Hyuga. Although I could be wrong lel

yeah the only connection that I would believe that the Uzumaki and Senjus were Ashura's descendants is that Naruto becoming the transmigrant.

but there are so many evidence that points out that they actually are related through Hamura's and Hagoromo's lineage.

You can see it based on geological placements of the clan, their powerups (eyes and body) are similar to those Alien race that Kaguya belonged to.

Toneri gave more insight that what Naruto is using is based off of at least we could safely say the tenseigan rsm or rather the chakra mode.

But then again Ashura had one too but it doesnt say whether it is because of the tailed beasts helping him out or thats simply his raw power.

The alien also has those glowing chakra manifestations such as weapons that you could relate to the Uzumaki's special chakra chains.

idk I just have more evidence that Uzumakis were from the same branch family that Toneri belonged to.

Even Toneri has that orb thing that "sealed" Hinata and Naruto was able to do the same thing so Im guessing it is the same thing as the chakra chain but in orb form.

Also the transmigrant being in the Uzumaki lineage could've been due to lack of Senjus being born around the same time as when Sasuke was born. That is however my only counter-argument when it comes to the whole brother transmigrant ordeal.

But wouldn't that be interesting to find out that the transmigrants don't necessarily have to be strictly within their lineage?
