So from seeing Hamura it's obvious that the Hyūga descended from him but we still haven't been told the origins of Uzumaki. Of course we assume they also came from Hamura but then why isn't it mentioned? Why is an Uzumaki a reincarnate of a Senju?

And furthermore, why does sasuke parallel Hamura when he's Hagoromo's descendant. Same with Naruto. He parallels Hagoromo but what if it turns out he is a descendant of Hamura? I just hope things continue to be further explained.

There seems to be a problem with genetics here. All of these big clans come from the same two brothers and mother. Traits are recessive and dominant. Eventually someone would have been born with Senju and Uchiha traits.

Hagoromo had red hair and kaguya also has red hair if you look at the color screens on onemanga I think. And uzumaki's are long distant relatives of the senjus technically Naruto is a namikaze but that's besides the point.

and idk maybe because both of them are brothers? Kaguya just sees her sons in Naruto and aasuke that doesn't mean they are literally like them it's a reminiscence. Just because you're somebody else's desendant doesn't mean you can't be reminded of another.

I was already aware of that.
I could tell you my cousin is related to me by blood but if I didn't say it was my cousin then it'd be left up to you to determine how we'd be related. I just want to know how.
