Team Uchiha would probably win. Madara can handle Naruto alone like he's currently doing, and Sasuke and Obito can gang up on Nagato if necessary. Karin is fodder amongst all these top-tiers, so that essentially makes this fight three against two.

i think that nagato would be able to take on madara and obito while naruto take on sasuke and karin will be the back up like she was for sasuke.

yes. if the location is forest of death that favours naruto and nagato who can swamp obito and madara with numbers coming from every direction. if its an open plain, ambush tactics are useless against overwhelming power. if its a place with water, narutos toad summons have large scale suiton. given the powers you gave nagato he rapes this one. just kamui isnt enough to defeat him AND six paths of pain AND demon statue unless madara somehow wrests it from him
