As far as strongest go, (If your including the Hyuuga are part of the Uchiha theory):
Senju>Uchiha>Hyuuga> Uzumaki.

Also, the manga already stated Senju clan is the strongest xD

If the Sage turns out to be an Uzumaki (Which is a high possibility: Yes they are the strongest based on their representation of the clan. However, Battle wise and being renowned, goes to Senju and Uchiha.

he did include the Uzumaki. o-o. He already cleared what the Uzumaki clan is. Uzumaki clan is from the Senju lineage

Actually yes.

Even if Clans as a whole are supposed to be considered, nobody really does. For senju its only Hashi and Tobir. For Uchihas its only Obito, Madara and Itachi.

The same way for Uzumakis its Nagato and Naruto. Even if we forget Nagato, Naruto is gonna surpass them all. In the end he's gonna Surpass Hashirama and Obito so yeah Uzumakis > Senju, Uchihas.

Also the Viz translation of the Biiju's dialogue heavily implies that Naruto is the reincarnation of the Sage Himself.
