naguto who is an uzumaki is the first to show the rinnegan eye with out going through the sharingan to MS to EMS to rinnegan. (i know tobi said he gave him those eyes but that hasn't been shown how or if it really happens. tobi could be lieing) besides why would he give the rinnegan to an uzumaki clan man? there has to be a reason if he did. i'm sure a senju or an uchiha could of been found to do this.

ummm nagato isnt the first one to be shown to not ave to go through the process of sharingan, MS sharingan, EMS sharingan then rennigan almost all of the people with rennigan (tobi,sage of six paths,nagato) all have never had EMS as far as we know.only madara is seen going throght the evolution process

ok ima got down the list here on this one

1.these three clans have vague information on? wrong, we know alot about all three of these clan espiacally senju and uchiha

2.we know the senju and uchiha are related to the So6P - well yes this is very correct but more importanly uchiha to the younger son and senju to the older

3. we know the senju and uzumaki are related to each other.- there cousin and often marry to each other. senju being hokage and uzumaki being the juunchuriki of the leaf.

4.so uzumaki and uchiha have to be related as well. - the farthest of reletives......noughh said

5.uzumaki and So6P have to be related as well. - sage is over 1000+ years old and the blood is so thin you could barely say there releated

think ur right ....in gaining sages eyes madara realized this...maybe the uzumaki clan is the perfect mixture of genes to house/develop the rennigan the next best thing to the sage himself maybe the experiments madara had conducted proved a failure until wat he reaised was that he needed that perfect mixture that his own body at the time even with enhancements, cudnt maintain or control cus in essence madara practically killed himself to obtain the rennigan n never got the chance to use it in revenge thus the creation of this issue in the narutoverse (moons eye plan)

I agree because uzumaki (powerful chakra like nagato and longevity like mito and strong life force like kushina) seems like it's a mix between uchiha (powerful chakra and spiritual energy) and senju (strong life force and physical strength); so definitely an uchiha and senju joined in forbidden love to form uzumakis so sage is like the original uzumaki that's why every savior of the world is related to a uzumaki xd
