This is my very first Fan-Fiction so I would like everybody who reads this to give me plenty of feedback so that I can make the next chapter even better. I would like to thank Michael Western because I was on the fence about writing a FF but after reading his I decided that I would. Introduction:
This story is set one year after the Fourth Great Shinobi War was won by the Allied Shinobi Forces. Tobi was killed in the end but Kabuto got away and his whereabouts have been unknown to the Allied Shinobi Forces ever since. Sasuke has not been found yet his last known whereabouts were in the cave with Itachi when Kabuto released Edo Tensei. So Naruto's story now takes him to the Hokage's office where he has been instructed to go by Sakura.
Narrator: Tsunade could hear Naruto's footsteps as he approached the Hokage's Office one step at a time. Naruto reaches the door and walks in rubbing the back of his head.
Naruto: You wanted to see me, Granny Tsunade
Narrator: Tsunade tries to hide her Sake but spills it all over her desk
Tsunade: Naruto I thought you would be take longer than this, you're normally late.
Naruto: Well you sent Sakura to get me while I was eating ramen and well you would be able to guess the rest.
Narrator: Naruto continues to rub the back of his head.
Tsunade: Well the reason I sent for you is more important than eating ramen, I sent for you to tell you that the village and everyone in it has decided that it is time for you to become the Rokudaime Hokage (Sixth Hokage).
Narrator: Naruto eyes widen as he takes in what Tsunade has just said to him.
Naruto: Really I've finally become the Hokage.
Tsunade: Yes Naruto, you have become the Hokage. Everyone has been informed and there is going to be a ceremony now in a few minutes.
Naruto: I did it.
Narrator: Naruto stands there and begins to look back at all of the times he said that he would become Hokage someday. Tsunade walks over to Naruto and puts her left hand on his right shoulder.
Tsunade: Naruto you turn eighteen in one week so consider this a birthday present from everyone in the village, but I have a special present for you.
Narrator: Tsunade walks over to her desk and retrieves a key from it then walks over to her closet and opens it and takes a coat from inside and shows it to Naruto.
Tsunade: This was your Father's coat, Jiraiya gave it to him when he became the Yondaime Hokage (Fourth Hokage). The day that you successfully performed the Rasengan on Kabuto Jiraiya knew that you would carry on your Father's legacy and become Hokage some day, so he made some modifications to your Father's coat and it is now yours.
Narrator: Tsunade hands Naruto the coat and he notices that it says Rokudaime on it instead of Yondaime.
Tsunade: Jiraiya gave this to me on the day that he left for the Hidden Rain Village, he said that if he didn't come back he wanted me to give it to you on the day that you become Hokage. So put it on and this too.
Narrator: Tsunade hands Naruto the Hokage's head-ware. Naruto puts his coat and hat on and gets ready to take on the role of Hokage.
Tsunade: You look so much like your Father, but you have your Mother's personality.
Narrator: Tsunade and Naruto both smile.
Tsunade: Please, follow me Rokudaime Hokage to begin your ceremony.
Naruto: Lead the way, Granny Tsunade.
Narrator: Tsunade leads Naruto to the roof of the Hokage's building where he is greeted by all of his friends and all of his sensei. He then walks to the railing and looks out to all of the villagers who have come to his ceremony.
Cheering Villagers: Naruto!, Naruto!, Naruto!
Naruto: Villagers of Konoha I have become the Rokudaime Hokage in order to protect this village and everyone in it because that is my duty as Hokage.
Narrator: Naruto turns his head and looks at his Father's face on the side of the mountain and thinks to himself.
Naruto: I have finally been accepted by the people of the village as the Hokage, I told you I would become Hokage some day Mom and Dad
Narrator: Meanwhile just outside of Konohagakure a hooded man slowly approaches.
