I am just tryng to clarify some issues about the uzumaki massacre, if i am not mistaken the uzumaki clan was surpost to be op right and also they were surpost to be under the protection of the hidden leaf so the quetion is this. How were they massacred? And was the traitor? And lastly how did uzumaki nagato came about

They werent massacared, they were skilled at lots of things, which made them powerfull, so people decided to kill them, lots of sorvivors remained and lived in different parts of the world. It wasnt total annihlation like the uchihas.

I dint think uzumaki were op, i mean they had massive chakra abd specialized in sealing jutsu but they were a small village. and i dont know why but i have a feeling it was madara who destroyed them, and probly got the ninetails at the same tine, im guessing after hashirama was made kage and madara left the village. Im sure madara will have a flashback so we will see.

Proof that he was a senju? I know the Uzumaki and senju were distant relatives but they aren't one and the same.

Yeah, I was wondering what Konoha was doing while Uzu was being plundered as well. I mean, I know that they weren't massacred (there are quite a few survivors here and there) and that they did maintain some ties with certain Uzumakis (Kushina's family), but still...

Nagato was not a Senju,He was An Uzumaki.
