If it was her own power it would be listed as a kekkei Genkai in the databook, but it's not hers(exclusively) it's listed as a hidden,fuinn barrier jutsu not kekkei genkai.

She learnt it because of her yin nature and so was special having the skill necessary to hold the 9 tails. That special chakra your talking about is this.

She obviously knew the other sealing jutsu why wouldn't she know this 1 considering it's not a kekkei Genkai.

Yes she already knew the jutsu or had the potential to learn them and was therefore chosen to house the 9 tails either way. The jutsu was used by Karin(Likely taught by her mother which she manifested during the war arc) who also has yin natured chakra.

My dude strong life force yes but that doesn't mean only Uzumakis can be Kuruma host. Since Minato is a jin your statements you are making are false. Nowhere in the manga does it implies that being Uzumaki is a requirement to host kurama.

Sakura has the means and capacity to heal large groups of people (thousands even) in a day, where as its dangerous for Karin to let someone bite then ingest her chakra once a day.
