I can't see it the only thing that made her special is in my guess she'd already learnt chakra chains(so could bind kurama since the chains were incorporated into her seal) and the clans fuinn jutsu.
Karin also healed from Amaterasu's burns, chakra chains, zetsu stabs etc. She uses her lifeforce as a mechanism to heal herself.

Your wrong about the chakra chains they're only an A rank jutsu and she knew reaper seal an S rank jutsu so she'd know a lesser jutsu. Also in her sealing of kurama(they're pinning it down) the chakra chains are incorporated so she definitely had them. Her chakra was likely strong because of that reason and that's why I believe the chains are related to yin release meaning not every uzumaki can learn them. That did give her the strength/strong chakra above others necessary for kurama supression.

Kushina obviously doesn't have yang release the databook confirms that. So it's definitely not yang/bodily chakra they're refering too.

Would that be a bad thing they'd have to make her a lot more attractive. Theyd also have to stop her slutty dressing style to make up for her lack of appeal in other areas.
Naruto could be some fodder Namiikaze boy housing the 9 tails. Karin would be a unique type of ninja chasing the sauce but also trying to stop him.
It Would definitely make a better story and create a more balanced team.

Confused huh, okay then I'll make it easier for you. Your wrong about chakra chains because they're incorporated into her seal for kurama so she had them when kurama was sealed.

She also knew Uzumaki sealing jutsu (maybe not mastered them) since she doesn't go back to uzumaki village and it was destroyed.

The other things I mentioned were added detail to clear up any misunderstanding you may have about strong chakra etc.
