In addition, Hashirama was a Senju not an Uzumaki, even though he had godly chakra reserves and the Yang to use Mokuton doesn't mean he had Uzumaki vitality. Eventually all the years of spamming Mokuton drained his life force.

Furthermore, Naruto himself doesn't have Hashi's reserves and yet is an incarnate as well, just because Hashi is a transmigrant doesn't mean he has Uzumaki features same way Naruto doesn't have Senju features.
