Oky what i mean by this is that, god lvl to us would be sage of six path right? No sage of six path is only half of a god(he has a twin brother and has a supposedly human father) true gods are the ones like kaygua but r they really gods? It's not fanfic, Outer Path gave Rinnegan users control over king of hell and allows hagoromo to summon spirits . Where do you think thelate power comes from ?From the shinju also known as the DIVINE tree (divine is a term used to refer to the power of an omnipotent being).

Indra and Ashura inherited hagoromo's power that's why they're able to transmigrate, they're outside the cycle of life and death just like hagoromo. Logically some of his feats would be inherited by his children's descendants. Tobirama developed the ability to summon souls like Rinnegan users do with outer path while Uzumaki developed the ability to control repear gods due to the fact their ancestor has power over the after life
