uzumaki clans leader?

I was just wondering why the leader of the uzumaki clan who met with hashirama hair is white when most powerfull uzumakin clan members are susposed to have red hair. I mean was he weak or used to much chakra like nagato and his hair turned white?

Maybe because of overusing his powers? Just like Nagato's hair turned white after using his powers too much.
But I think it's more because of old age.

Generally as people age their hair turns grey or white... This leads me to conclude that he was old or had a genetic profile that determined his hair to be white...

We don't, the uzumaki clan is long dead with the uchiha clan anyways. The only ones that are alive are naruto and that red head girl from sasukes team, kiren, or however you spell her name, not the best when it comes to spelling....

We don't know his fathers clan.... thats just his last name.... Pluss I tryed to research Namikaze clan, but nothing came up.....
