Tbh I don't want Sarada in the Uzumaki family Tree. Sumire is so much more interesting and a better match for Boruto.
Sarada wont be joining the Uzumaki family, from what I've seen it's either Sumire or Mitsuki depending on the direction the mangaka takes. Kodachi will likely want to preserve the Jogan, if Boruto isn't gay then he'll settle with Sumire. There's also the Nue connection to take into consideration, it connects both Sumire and Boruto more than most people realise.
There's a false notion of children bearing their fathers name, Naruto bears his mothers clan name, Inojin bears his mothers clan name granted Sai doesn't have a known surname. Sarada represents Sasuke and the Uchiha clan her children would bear the Uchiha name. She's not like Hinata neither submissive or subservient, for her to bear any other name would undermine her character.
On the topic of the Uzumaki clan there exist remnants of their jutsu and unless established Uzumaki start utilising them then they're effectively lost. The current Uzumaki family are neither here nor there in that respect.
Himawari likely wont become a ninja so the GF and Byakugan may disappear. Boruto is a cocktail of who knows what, he's not embracing his Hyuga heritage so it's likely he wont acquire GF. Naruto doesn't know fuinn jutsu and Kurama isnt guaranteed to surive into the next generation. Kurama isn't a pet either and the duty entrusted to it ends with Naruto.
