Since they are the best at Fuinjutsu they can probs seal people for example seal itachi Uchiha b4 he seals them.

Maybe the Uzumaki clan? It depends on how many Uchiha have access to the Mangekyo or higher variations of the Sharingan.

Nonetheless, I'd expect the Uzumaki to be more-than-capable of sealing their eyes anyway, as well as their souls. xd
