Just Senju Hashirama is Wood user. There is no anyone could use Wood release without Senju Hashirama's DNA. However, Senju & Uzumaki would handle it.
U just put the tail beast clans against the Normal chakra clans :|
Only 5 people has MS
1 know wood user
1 know water & edo user
1 know wind user
And a whole bunch of Sealing Justu users

From the Hashirama's timeline to current time. Yes, Even if Senju Tobirama, his younger brother could not use it. If there is another one who is using wood release Kishi would say this to us. U_U

The Uzumaki and Senju. Why is that ?
1. Only 5 People would fight against two clans
Shisui, Madara, Itachi, Sasuke aaand Izuna.
2. Hashirama and Tobirama are sick.
3. Uzumakies has insane chakra reserves and knows the most sealing techs lol.
4. Even if Madara has Rinnegan HE IS NOT ABLE TO SOLO 2 CLANS!
At any point 5vs 2 clans fould be tough fight Alot would die cause of 5 susanoos and amaterasu spams, plus Paths and Meteors and shit.. But yea they would run out of chakra to deffend themselves and attack so many shinobies lol..
And the Hyuuga well.. There was Neju, His father, Hinata and Current leader of Hyuuga ( Forgot his name ) who would figth aswell.. And they use Taijutsu the most which wood can easily caunter not to mention Edo tensei, S/T and tsunamies in the desert..

If we've seen more than one Senju and only one used Mokuton why do you think it is a clan skill?
Which means after wood release is taken away what exactly do the Senju's have to beat an Uchiha?
We don't really know what the Uzumaki seals can do. So we can't just hand them a power based on what we assume they can do.
Which means based on what we know Hyuga>Uzumaki
Naruto beating Neji means nothing. Especially considering he didn't beat Neji with a clan power but with the power of Kurama.
Hashirama beating Madara is also not important. We've seen him possess a very unique skill that gave him an extra boost. Besides that there's always an exception to the rule.
I'm not an Uchiha fanboy but Kishi has just given the elder son's family too many bonuses without extending the powerup love to either of the Younger sons posterity.
